1. You must currently live in and own a single-family residence in Charleston, Dorchester or Berkeley County and intend to live in this home for at least the next three years.
2. Your total household income (from all sources) for the previous calendar year must not exceed:
Household size (monthly / yearly income):
1: For a family 3 or less (3,833/46,000)
2: For a Family 4+ (5,416/65,000)

NOTE: Applicants will be considered based on the availability of volunteers, materials, and scope of work.
